Conveniently located across the street from the main train station. The hotel is older, but clean. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable about the area.

Great location, upscale hote, easy 5 minute walk to Christmas markets

Location is perfect! Lots of restaurants nearby. Even if it's busy outside, you won't hear the noise from your room. The only issue we had was the other guest rooms noise. Our room was located just in front of the other room and we would wake up when they open and close the door.

Staff and culture of the hotel were great! A lot of attention. Clean, great bed, pillows, and cover. Great location. The reasons this is not 5* are: wall insulation was not great. We could hear many noises from the adiacent rooms. Second, the toilet room is flooded with light any time you open the door. Imagine 3am going to the bathroom and from the darkness of the room being assaulted with bright lights from a halogen on the ceiling and from one of the walls. Can’t they just put a low night light? We asked the reception and they said nothing could be done about it.
