The room, public spaces and bar & restaurant were very clean and nicely decorated/ up to date.
I was only two doors down from the elevator and maybe fifty feet from the front desk. Hotel was full and I didn’t hear a thing outside my room.
Food at Al’s Table was creative and delicious (fried green tomatoes with a ricotta/pistachio whipped dip) and shrimp and grits.
Staff- front desk lady who checked me in was very friendly and prompt at getting me set up.
Al’s staff- the hostess was so friendly and honestly made me feel like I had known her for ages. She was helpful, happy and just who you want to be greeted by.
Al’s wait staff- Very nice, friendly, prompt.
In general, the staff just seemed happy to be there doing their job and that made a great impression. Would 100% return.
