"Not bad but the property has seen better days. My biggest complaint was that the motel is way overpriced for the run down part of town that it is in. Our bill was around $150. A fair pride would be about $100."

"Our room was supposed to be ready when we checked in. However, when we entered there was still trash in trash cans and big bag of trash was in the doorway. We were switched to another room. The bed was comfortable, but the room could use some updating. I would use the word "resort" very loosely for ..."
