"The hotel is excellent and great location. It really punches above it's weight and it is much more on par with 4 star establishments. The staff are always super nice and helpful, rooms are great and clean, the air con is probably the best I've experienced in any European hotel and they offer loads of great added extras to guests that make you feel very well looked after. The location is great for being very close to the main beaches. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Biarritz. Special thanks to Ambroise and Ludo for accommodating all our requests!"

"Studio super bien équipé et vraiment adapté aux voyageurs (espace, rangement et trucs pour faire sécher les vêtements). Quartier St-Charles avec des petits commerces de proximité et près de la plage et du centre. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant et aidant. Merveilleux séjour!"

"They really need to look at their cleaning training and general customer expectations. Our closest was filthy, one towel each for a week, half a toilet roll, stains on sheets. However, staff were receptive to our complaints. Breakfast was excellent, pool was great, location was great too."
