We had but realised it was festival weekend and the staff were so helpful to let us park our camper van in the garage when the town was sealed off. The festival was amazing and the locals so welcoming, polite and so much fun. From the moment we arrived until we checked out 2 days later the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.The hotel checked all the boxes, but the staff made our stay memorable: from helping us park our car to amazing restaurant recommendations, they were the crown jewel. Our rooms were clean and beautifully designed and appointed with plenty of room for our suitcases and to store clothing. Location, location, location. Perfectly situated right on the beach, walking distance to everything in town. Clean, well managed, friendly. Everything needed is taken care for. We had a room with a balcony and loved it. If you are in this part of the world, this hotel is the place to stay. Saint Jean-de-Luz is also a great town. We visited Biarritz, Bayonne and San Sebastián with day visits from here. We had a car and all these cities are within an half hour drive. One day we even drove to Bilbao to see the Guggenheim. A bit a long drive but was worth it. We will certainly stay here again if we ever come back to Basque Country.
