Brand new property with modern, clean rooms and a great layout — restaurants centrally located so you can dine inside or out. Pillow menu available, a thoughtful touch. Shoutout to the team: Ender, Hakan, Emre & Ratuhan (bars — Hakan’s smoked cocktail is a must try!), Gulhan (pool bar on roller skates — fun and faster service!), Mehmet (DJ), Berkay (Wen), Mustafa (restaurants), Huseyn (Degusto), Ece (personal assistant — proactive and handled everything), Rhea (cleaning — spotless every day). For US guests — this blows Mexico out of the water. Buffet dinner included, à la carte has a small cover charge but the quality is far superior and worth it. Pool at 25°C, beach side clean, never struggled to find seats, kids and adult areas well separated. Borrowable games like Uno and chess are a fun bonus. Nightly entertainment — singing, dancing, live performances then an awesome DJ set. Separate kids show earlier in the evening. So much to do, I wish I came as a kid. Crickets noted in some reviews — you hear them outside at night from the greenery, zero impact on rooms. Rooms are modern and looked great throughout. Would absolutely come back. 🙌

Overall, I left disappointed with my stay. Considering the resort’s reputation and premium price, I expected much higher standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and consistency. We were initially assigned a first-floor room with multiple issues: a strong urine-like odor near the entrance, a foul-smelling shower drain, poor drainage that caused water to spread across the bathroom floor unless the water pressure was kept low, a stained face towel, and an entrance door that did not close properly until repaired after I reported it. The room also appeared more worn and had noticeably fewer bathroom amenities than the third-floor room we were moved to after requesting a change. The new room included items such as a dental kit, shaving kit, bath sponge, slippers, and wearable towels, raising concerns about the inconsistency between rooms. Both rooms had visible stains on the upholstered bed bases. After I reported them, staff cleaned the stains in the third-floor room, and they came off easily. This showed the problem was preventable and reflected inadequate inspection rather than permanent damage. I appreciate that the staff were courteous, responded promptly to my concerns, and offered us a complimentary dinner at one of the à la carte restaurants, which was a thoughtful gesture. However, guests should not have to identify basic housekeeping and maintenance issues at the beginning of their vacation. Better quality control is needed to deliver a consistent five-star experience.

The property is outdated and requires refurbishment. Room provided at first had drainage issue with outside light not working. That makes it hazards in dark corner of the property. Second room was good enough but again stairs to room were sloppy making it hazards. We were offered upgrade to room where air conditioning wasn't working properly and noone attended to complaint. The staff are pretty much aware of issues with property especially rooms but not bothered about it especially for customers from Europe as only client base is Russia. All mattresses are of spring and sagging, that makes it uncomfortable. Outdoor pool, beach side area were nice while spa area with hamman is acceptable. Food was good but most sweets were repeated on weekdays and hardly any change. Good thing was that there was 24/7 restaurant. Not going to recommend based on poor quality of rooms.
