"Great host and location in a renovated historic house. Felt safe walking to the nearby restaurant even after dark. The water taxi terminal was nearby as well. Cocktail hour is on Friday and Saturday so don't miss that if you're there. Breakfast was great. Would stay there again."

"I booked this hotel at the last minute because it was close to the airport for my early morning flight. I honestly wasn’t expecting much but was extremely impressed upon arrival. The hotel is large with lots of amenities, most which I didn’t have time to explore. They have a great bar/restaurant with an open air, tropical theme right next to the pool. They were expanding the deck area next to the pool, which will be lovely when finished. The rooms were modern, clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. The spa area looked lovely but I didn’t get to use it. As I left the next morning, I passed the breakfast buffet. If I’d know it was so large with so many good food choices, I would have gotten up earlier to enjoy it. I’d definitely recommend d this hotel and will stay here again when I visit Belize. "

"Get the ocean view room. Staff works hard be kind and tip. Make sure pool renovation is complete, was not able to enjoy. Included breakfast was limited but gets u on your way! Casino - we don’t gamble. Stayed here after 5 days in San Ignacio doing adventure tours. Good location- taxis always waiting, tried different restaurants, did tuk tuk ride, local regatta and canoe annual festivals. Minutes from airport.
