Got to the hotel with hopes of a good stay. Durning the first couple hours we went without power a few times. The room only had a jacuzzi tub no option for a shower unless you used the contraption next to the toilet. Water wasn't warm at all. You could barley getinto the room due to the placement of the bed. The bed had dirt or sand in it which made it uncomfortable until it was dusted out. Not a100%sure but possible bed bugs or other bugs in the bed. All in all i was disappointed for the price paid and quilty of the room. Dont go off the pics on line the are deceiving. Glad it was only one night or i would have asked for a refund on the remaining nights. The do have a cool roof top. I recommend that you take them off your website. It was so hot! There were no face towels to wash our body or face with. Only big body towels. The pictures doesn’t look like the property at all, construction is going on with the property. We got a free upgrade to a king room which was lovely but there was only one small blanket that didn’t even cover the bed (one of the many weird things about the hotel that we were to discover). Staff at reception were friendly and gave another blanket though. The shower had barely any pressure and never got warm. The breakfast was not appealing (eggs that had been sitting out, weird sandwiches, instant coffee, warm milk for cereal, etc) except for some fresh fruit. As with other reviews, the building definitely seems like it’s shotty or mid-construction. So many smal weird things that seemed unfinished or just weirdly placed. Ended up being a bit of a humorous conversation piece though! Don’t expect to go to the pool and have a moment to relax...there aren’t many chairs and at the time we were there it was full of (what we assume to be the owners) kids splashing around. The pool was the selling point for us to relax at the end of our trip, and it fell flat. Strong mothball odors in the room. Breakfast = just terrible. WiFi = On/Off. Rooftop pool = no shade and white particles (Chlorine?) on the boards. Woke up at 2AM scratching everywhere. Gaps in staircase big enough for kids to fall trough. Only one thing positive to say. Lady at reception negotiated taxi ride and fare for me.
