Le confort et la propreté de la chambre est correcte. Par contre la qualité du service est totalement déplorable. 1° Peu de personnel à la réception ne parle anglais , il a fallu faire appel au Manager. 2° Les diverses demandes via le téléphone interne restent non satisfaites, probablement par la non maîtrise de l'anglais par le personnel de l'hôtel. 3\. Malheureusement, comme dans toute la Chine populaire, le personnel ne parle que très peu anglais. Internet est en supplément et le wifi ne marche pas bien. Chambre assez spacieuse et confortable. Shower not good, there a better hotels for slightly more money. ##### John Séjour de 3 nuits en mai 2017 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### piyo, 東京 20 mai 2017 Points forts : Propreté Points faibles : État et installations de l’hébergement #### 天安門広場に行くならちょうど良いホテル 場所 天安門広場の近く。周りには最高裁や政治関連の建物が多くお店が少ないため、ちょっとした買い物には困るかも。 30分〜45分くらい歩くとデパートが立ち並ぶ中心地や、観光地に行ける。 スタッフ 基本中国語しかできない。英語ができるスタッフが一人はいてくれるみたいなので、中国語が出来ない人にはその人が対応してくれる。英語ができる方はとても丁寧に対応してくれる。 タクシーを呼んだり、荷物を預けたりすることもできる。タクシーを呼ぶ場合、先にお金を払う必要がある、現金のみ。 朝食 1階のレストランで食べられる。ビュッフェ形式。お金はチェックアウト時に請求される。 ショップ 1階に飲み物やお菓子、お土産を買えるショップがある。23時〜0時あたりに閉店らしい。 アクセス→タクシー 空港から向かう場合、中国語の名前でホテルの名前を告げないとわかってもらえない。難しい場合は天安門を伝えると近くまで連れて行ってもらえるのでそこから歩くのも一つの手。百度地図のアプリで見せてあげると確実。 アクセス→電車 天安門の近くなのでそこまで地下鉄でくることも可能。 設備 ベッドは綺麗。 ドライヤーが備え付けのホースみたいなやつ。風圧弱め。 コンセントはたくさんあるが、変換器が必要なものもある。 シャワーは伸ばせないで、角度だけ変えられるタイプ。熱湯と冷水の間を見つけるのが難しい。シャワーを出すためには蛇口に付いている栓を引っ張る。 トイレは普通の様式。流れ弱め。 タオル、歯ブラシなどは無料。バスローブとか飲み物など有料なものには値段が書いてある。チェックイン時にデポジット400元くらい払う。 ##### piyo ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Richard 20 mai 2017 Points faibles : Propreté, service et personnel, état et installations de l’hébergement et confort de la chambre. #### Run don't stay here Hotel was dirty. The rooms were dirty (dirty carpet floor) and the beds were rock hard. And only 2 of the staff speaks english. However the worst part was the trip we got arranged with the receptionist to the Great Wall. Massive scam. She took us up some illegal way and had us climbing the fence to get on to the wall (saved money on not buying us our tickets). Because she worked in the hotel we trusted her. However, after we came back to hotel we were pretty upset and got it all refunded. They also had a tour to the wall that takes you to lots of places and not just to the great wall (they will say only to great wall though to sell it to you). I found the carpet and the bathroom in my room not being very clean. The variety of food in the breakfast buffet was good. We had to pay a deposition of more than the total cost of our stay. The room was clean but very run down. The AC didn't work, it was ether max heat or turned off. Loud noises from chairs being moved upstairs at night (8th floor). The location is ok, about 10min walk to subway at oriental plaza (shopping mall) and to Tiananmen square.
