The staff of this hotel are exceptional! They ensure every detail is perfect and make it an incredibly memorable experience for the guests. Everyone is treated in a special, personal manner. The food is outstanding- from the breakfast which has everything you could ever desire and tastes amazing to the finer dining restaurants that had dishes comparable to any Michelin star in the world. The rooms are spacious, very clean and the amenity spaces such as the gym and pool are wonderful. Thank you for an amazing and memorable stay!

The hotel was clean , the gym was amazing , we had the buffet breakfast and it was delicious , staff were very friendly and helpful .. the pizza at the Italian restaurant was delicious , the staff during tea time very nice , my only suggestion is to offer laundry service at a reasonable price . We had to use an outside service that would pick up laundry and return it to our hotel at a very responsible price . Otherwise the staff , hotel and amenities I would definitely give it 5 stars .. would highly recommend staying here .

Ladies at the executive lounge are very attentive to guests' needs. Swimming pool and gym were world class. They just changed their beds and were too firm (almost hard like many hotel beds in Asia) but the room director assured us that they will get softer and plusher beds to meet guests' needs in future. So email them to arrange for plush beds if you need them.
