9/10 Wonderful! (101 reviews)
Apart from the staff being insanely helpful and going above and beyond for us non stop, the hotel itself wasn’t kept in the best condition. We couldn’t shower because the shower head wouldn’t clamp on properly, the toilet paper wasn’t put in the holder and it was locked, the fridge had energy drinks left in there from a previous stay, the TV wouldn’t turn on until we asked for help. There were definitely a lot of things that left us disappointed for the price we paid. However, the location was amazing! The staff were 10/10 some of the best staff we’ve ever experienced. It was the condition of the room that left us unfortunately feeling like we didn’t get our money’s worth for the night.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (31 reviews)
Our room had a nice balcony. Breakfast was great. Parking super convenient. A little tricky to drive to the hotel with one way streets, but once there we walked everywhere. Nice location for touring around the old town. Definitely recommend to friends.

8.8/10 Excellent! (9 reviews)
This is not a hotel. Nor is it an apartment that is part of a hotel establishment. It’s probably the worst place to stay at. There was no air conditioning even though we begged. The management is not local and they’re here to make money and that’s it.

"This place is paradise-like, sitting on the bank of a cold, crystal clear montain river, and surrounded with green mountains. The facilities are nice. But most importantly, we so much appreciate the wellcoming that the owner couple has given us. We will cherish memories of this experience. And hope ..."

"I would give Milan, the owner, 5 stars for his eagerness to please. He is a very kind host. As English speakers we struggled to communicate and we feel the property isn't quite ready to host those who do not speak the local language well. The food is great and they serves it in abundance. The lodging ..."
