"Definitely recommend staying here. It did not feel like a hostel, more like a boutique hotel. The beds were comfy, friendly staff and a very nice terrace to hang out. "

"Service was amazing, lilian i think was the name of the cleaning lady was terrific, the sweetest person ever!
Communication was great, the hotel was very comfy, i only suggest some coffe brewers in the room.

"Beautiful building in a great neighborhood. Park Carolina was just a couple of blocks away. I did think the lounge in the penthouse was over price and the food was less than great. To be clear the lounge is not run by the hotel, so the can’t be held accountable. I did not get a chance to eat in the hotel restaurants in the lobby. The only thing I did not like is the fact that getting to the rooftop pool was a bit awkward. You have to be escorted. They need to fix how you gain access to the pool. Everything else was excellent. I would rate it ‘wonderful’

"The suites in this place are nice, good space. The staff top to bottom was great, except the older lady who works day shifts in the front desk. She might be the only person there who didn't like her job and she didn't seem to care. Just as long as you stay away from her, all else are good there."
