"Just go ahead and book the house...trust me! 1- The home itself is just beautiful! Perfect layout, all bedrooms have their own bathroom, the furniture and decor is so coastal and the main living area is so open and comfortable! They have beach towels, bags for day trips and pods for laundry. Made it so convenient! 2- Now for outside. We lived out there most of the time. Covered seating space, amazing pool, I took a nap in the hammock, and the beach is so private and beautiful! Some areas of Exuma don't have beach space, but this house always had a sandy beach, whether it was low or high tide. We used the paddle boards and kayaks daily and loved walking on the beach exploring. 3- Location could not be beat! Right in the middle of the island so we didn't have a long drive to dinner at Blu (amazing, by the way), which was south or to our full day boat tour, which was north. This house was recommended to us by a friend and it was definitely the perfect place to stay. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Exuma in the future!"

"You cannot beat the backyard access to the amazing almost empty beach, literally a few steps away. The owners are really nice people and the place very quiet. Exuma people are quite welcoming in general. My only problem was being badly bitten by mosquitos and related bugs, but that had nothing to do with the property itself."

"We stayed at Villa Oceana last week and had the best time. We were celebrating my 50th birthday. Lynda was wonderful in helping us find a restaurant for my birthday dinner and helping us get a cake and gluten free cupcakes (my daughter is GF) delivered for my birthday. The beach was very relaxing. We did some excursions on the island as well and had a great time. We loved the Villa and hope to be back one day!"

"Quite an American feel complex for a small Bahamian island. Wasn’t expecting quite so many units. Feels quite Floridian. Unless you have an Ocean Front you really won’t get much of a sea view more the property facing you! Palapa grill was pretty disappointing for breakfast and dinner but the 23 North restaurant was well worth the money and we ate there twice. "
