"The place to be" Villa Marjorie is located on Tar Bay at Silver Beach, George Town, Exuma, Bahamas. It has been completely remodeled and updated with brand new sliding doors that were installed in February 2020\. She is a two bedroom and two bathroom beach house with central air conditioning, modern kitchen with new stainless steel Whirlpool appliances and granite counter tops, garbage disposal and fresh water filter. The living room and dining area is equipped with a 42 inch flat screen LG TV. Each bedroom has a 32 inch flat screen TV and is nicely appointed with dark wood furniture and enjoys incredible views of the sparkling turquoise waters. All rooms lead to the beach by way of their own 8ft. sliding glass doors that open onto a 10ft. by 37ft. covered balcony that is literally a few steps to the water. We had a great stay at Villa Marjorie. The location of the home is wonderful for exploring both Great Exuma and Little Exuma. Not to mention having a beach right out the back door and a huge back porch to relax on when you are ready for some shade. Home is well stocked and even has beach chairs, a cooler etc. I’ve been a sales executive for a vacation rental property mgt company that manages over 30,000 homes and have worked with a lot of owners/local hosts and I have to say that Jena is one of the best! I attended a wedding that was hosted on the same beach, so this rental was the perfect location. It is about 15 minutes from town which can get pricey if you take cabs, but the beachfront makes up for that. The view from all the windows is amazing and with the beach at your patio. Everything was provided for. Additional backpack beach chairs were nice to have to go see all the other nearby beaches.
