The staff were very kind and attentive to our needs at check-in and check-out. The hotel was a block away from Highway 1 and had a large visible sign which made finding it easy.
The Bistro had a good selection of food and wine. We also enjoyed the hot tub which eased the stress after a long day of driving.
Perfect location -quiet and the Juniper restaurant was excellent. Close to the Norquay chairlift and brunch at the Cliffhouse Bistro with magnificent views
We spent only one night at the Juniper; the room was beautiful, the view was great. Unfortunately.it looked over the highway, which really didn't bother us. The Juniper is about 5 minutes away from the hubbub of downtown Banff. The staff are super kind and helpful. Hope to return soon to enjoy the restaurant, the hot tub and the e-bikes. Wonderful hotel.
Love this place! Staff were very friendly and helpful for all of our needs. Lovely location close enough to Banff but out of the hubbub. Easy shuttle to town. Free e-bikes! View from hot tub was incredible. Food at the Juniper Bistro was amazing. Highly recommend staying at the Juniper! Would come back here in a heartbeat.
❤️
Hotel was good! But for the price the rooms could have been nicer and more upgraded. It was a little tired and needs to be refreshed. The e bikes were awesome!!! Super convenient and plenty available. Staff was amazing! Views were fabulous! But you can hear the highway below. But view was well worth the slight noise. Overall good hotel. We enjoyed our stay!
The staff is very friendly and helpful! The facilities is clean. I enjoyed a lot the hot tub with the cool breeze and the view of the mountain. Biking to the lake also very fun and enjoyable.
The Juniper Hotel is very quaint, nice but kind of outdated, we thought. The rooms are small and lack outlets, lighting and good coffee makers and you have to go to the restaurant to get ice. The staff are very nice and the food is good. We liked not being right in town. For the price, we would not stay again.
The Juniper Hotel is away from the crowds, and masses found in town, but close enough to get there easily. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly.
Beautiful hotel with perfect location for us. Wasn't hard to get to or in and out of. Available parking which is always a plus. The hotel was spotless, beautiful views and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaints were the coffee situation. Our room had a French press which is great, but I would have preferred something simple like a Keurig. And our A/C seemed like it could never cool down to where we wanted it. Overall though we would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it.
Excellent service at the hotel with helpful staff to help us make the best out of our stay. It was also convenient to have a shuttle take us to the bus pickup location. Make sure you request your shuttle ride an hour in advance and something to keep in mind is that the last shuttle service is at 10pm. Overall an amazing experience. I would 100% recommend staying here.
This is a heritage house. There is no elevator and it is a rustic stay. While the amenities are fabulous, the actual room was just ok. I gave 4 stars only bc we would have enjoyed a more modern room closer to or in the town. The price was right for what we were looking for this time. The French press coffee in the room was wonderful.
We loved the Juniper Hotel. Front desk was friendly, cheerful and helpful in arranging complimentary rides to and from town. Mountain View’s from our room were excellent and we ate the best breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Highly recommended for an excellent stay.
