I had arranged a pick up but my flight was delayed by over an hour. I managed to let them know and when I arrived at the airport the lovely young man from the hotel was there waiting for me. They let me change my room as the first one was near the lift and due to being a light sleeper moved me to a room further away which was perfect. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. There is no need to ask whether they need help carrying the suitcase or not. I think it's better to just help directly without having to ask.
