« Balikpapan is a huge city and the staff at the hotel were so helpful in helping me organise my way to seeing things. They really do go out of their way! « Un petit-déjeuner différent à chaque jour et de la variété. Bon emplacement. Le personbel parle un peu l'anglais et les chambres sont propres. Toutefois, le gymnase et la salle de déshabillage sont sales et rien ne fonctionne! Vraiment sale en plus et pas de savon dans les contenants ou il y a les douches. La serviette qu'on m'a donne était très tachée. Il n'y avait pas de clé pour ouvrir les casiers et aucun personnel. »

« Great stay for a few nights. The property and the rooms are a bit old looking but overall nice enough for what we needed. We had to ask several times for hand soap because there wasn't any in our room, but they got us some eventually. The hotel breakfast is amazing, so many options for a buffet. I was really impressed. The restaurant was very good too. »
