Yang menyebalkan, dalam kondisi lelah setelah penerbangan dari Jkt, diterima petugas front desk sdri. Vientani Indo yang SANGAT TIDAK FRIENDLY alias jutek. Saya pesan room on line ukuran tempat tidur king size. Enak saja, sama Vientani mau dikasih kamar yg twin, alasannya yang King size sudah full. Saya bilang pada dia: "saya pilih hotel ini hari ini karena yang King size masih available. Kalau tidak ada, saya tidak akan pilih hotel ini". Dengan wajahnya yang tetap jutek, dan pura2 sibuk, akhirnya dia bilang, room nya available, without any apologize or smiling. Jadi, kita harus tetap ngotot untuk memperoleh HAK kita. No more to stay at this hotel, even though its pool and sauna is great.
