"We were in town for a wedding. This unit was centrally, located and convenient to the areas of Lawrence that we needed access to. It is an older unit with doors that stick and don’t fully close. But well stocked with bathroom amenities, snacks, comfortable beds, and lots of video games!"

"A beautiful old house, loads of charm, plenty of space, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, great back yard and patio, right across the street from a grocery store. We loved our stay!"

"Unit was clean, organized,comfortable and centrally located. There were some notable problems. However. Turns out the property manager is the cleaning lady. We had an issue with parking - unit was advertised as having a 2 car garage with additional parking on the driveway for additional cars. Upon our arrival, an occupant of another unit had parked so as to block access to the garage. Notifying the property manager, she said there was nothing she could do about it and she suggested that I speak...

The house is clean and offers plenty of dishes, glassware, cooking necessities (if you are so inclined), games for inside and out... truly everything you need to relax and enjoy the reason for your visit to Lawrence. If I need to travel to Lawrence again, I may even try to plan my travel dates on availability of this home! It's absolutely perfect."

"Overall a nice place to stay. I know nothing is perfect. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen. If you could let your renters know there is a bed in the bedroom closet. We did not find it until we were leaving so one guest slept on the couch which wasn't comfortable. I would still rent it again. Thank you."
