Catalina homes are older and not updated but I choose this home because it was newly remodeled. It was comfortable for our family of 6 including my one year old grandson. We were able to enjoy the nice kitchen and cooked breakfast and dinner one day. A short walk to the beach and restaurants as well as to the Vons store.
