Adjacent to the dining area, you`ll find our inviting living room, where relaxation reigns supreme. Kick back on our plush queen sleeper sofa or swivel chair, and let our smart TV entertain you with your favorite shows and movies.
Our kitchen, fully equipped and ready for your culinary adventures, comes complete with all the essentials and a dishwasher because who wants to wash dishes on vacation?
Retreat into the luxurious comfort of our spacious king bedroom, complete with a dedicated closet and adorned with lavish, hotel-quality linens. Our second bedroom, fitted with a cozy queen bed, boasts an attached full bathroom, transforming it into a serene private haven.
Speaking of bathrooms, they are fully equipped with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, neatly presented in dispensers for your convenience.

We don`t charge a security deposit! Where many hosts charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk them not returning your deposit – Austin Vacay remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (already included in your booking price) which provides up to $400 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions). Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro`s website). We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests` privacy. 1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine) 2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance 3) No events or parties 4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused. 5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don`t expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it 6) Minimum age requirement is 25 7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night 8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay

BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!
My first experience at muller square was great but the second one at #115 was bad. The soap dispenser in one of the bathroom was broken, the bed had hairs in it after paying 75$ you would expect it to be clean, there was a dead fly in the house. The floor weren't properly cleaned, i chose austin vacay because of the great experience i had the first time but after the second time it better to try out new places.

Requested refund due to safety concerns and lack of cleanliness.
We booked to stay 2 nights but moved out to a hotel after the first night.
There were a number of items that led us to this decision but most of all was the safety of our 4 year old, and cleanliness/bugs.
In the few hours we spent in the unit we observed a number of bugs including a roach in bedroom, spider in living room, something in the bath tub and something on the kitchen ceiling.
There is what appeared to be a blood stain on the shower curtain and stains on the bed sheets. There were chip crumbs on top of the fridge and 3 inch strips of what appeared to be carpet hanging out of the ceiling vent in the living room and also on the floor in front of the couch.
The hand towel ring was literally balancing by an unsecured screw in the wall and came straight off the wall when first touched. The centre bed frame wooden supports in one of the rooms were all broken. The bedroom door handle was about to fall off and at least one of the power outlets in the living room was partly detached from the wall. All of these were safety concerns for our 4 y.o.
The property description provided by the owner/manager didn't match reality because it stated that there was gated parking but that is not the case. The parking is completely open to the street.
We sent an SMS to the property manager on the afternoon we decided to move out explaining why and asking for a refund but got no response. We followed up with an email early that evening and still had no response.
The next day they responded advising they would not give us a refund because if we'd brought these items to their attention they would have sent over the handyman and cleaners. But we had advised them via text (as advised in property rules) the day before and had no response.
We ended up requesting a refund from Vrbo, and after we'd provided photo evidence of our concerns, they worked with us to get that refund request fulfilled (thank you Megan).
