The Space:

The open living area invites you to sink into the sofa, roll out the queen‑size sleeper, and let the day’s adventures melt away. Evenings are perfect for gathering around the TV or simply listening to the gentle rustle of nearby trees, creating a calm base for your Austin stay.



Sleeping arrangements

Three private bedrooms each hold a queen bed, offering spacious comfort for families or groups. A fourth bedroom features a twin bed and a dedicated desk, ideal for a guest who needs a quiet workspace. The living room adds a queen‑size sofa sleeper, and a queen air mattress is available for extra guests, with linens, pillows and blankets provided.



Living space

The entry opens directly into an open‑concept layout where the living area and kitchen flow together. Large windows fill the space with natural light, and sliding doors lead to a private patio where you can enjoy the cooler season air. Central air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable year‑round.



Kitchen & dining

A well‑equipped kitchen supports everyday cooking, and a breakfast nook offers a casual spot for coffee, meals or planning the day ahead. The layout keeps you connected to the living area while you prepare food.



Bathrooms

Four full bathrooms provide ample privacy for larger groups, each equipped with a bathtub or shower, hot water and bathroom essentials.



Work & connectivity

High‑speed Wi‑Fi and an Ethernet connection support remote work or streaming, while a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair offers a focused environment separate from the main living area.



Outdoor & shared amenities

Step onto the patio or use the shared outdoor pool, which remains open year‑round during posted hours, and the shared hot tub for a relaxing soak. A shared gym nearby and a playground area add options for fitness and family fun.

A private entrance and smart‑lock self‑check‑in make arrival effortless. Free on‑site parking and additional street parking are available, and the single‑level layout means no stairs to navigate.

East Riverside feels residential and peaceful, with green spaces close by and easy routes to downtown Austin, the University of Texas and the airport. Live music, dining and cultural attractions are just a short drive away, while the quiet streets let you recharge each night.



Pet‑friendly and suited for both short and long‑term stays, this apartment offers a relaxed, well‑connected home base for experiencing Austin at your own pace.

The Neighborhood:

The Riverside area is near downtown, the University of Texas, local community college, and many of the best green areas in Austin (Zilker & Barton Creek Greenbelt). Strolling on Riverside you'll find it to be very residential, quiet, and peaceful.



Staying in this place will show you that you are super close to everything without being in the hectic Downtown Austin area. You are a short Uber/Lyft away from a time of your life without having the extra noise to keep you awake at night.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is private off the main road and has plenty of parking. It is on a first come first serve basis. You are very close to the main highway to get around and close to local shops/restaurants for a quick or nice bite to eat.



Other Things to Note:

Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
