Really enjoyed our stay at the Littlefield Lofts…very conveniently located and the accommodations were perfect for our group. The accessibility to the Austin nightlife was incredible and it was easy to get to and from restaurants and bars during our stay. We’ll be back!!!

This property is in a great location for 6st fun. Alot of homeless in the area make it feel sketchy. Loft was comfortable and a great layout for grouos. Could use some plumbing upgrades but it was a good stay and we will return.

Very conveniently located. We arrived to a broken entrance, non-functioning elevator, and no hot water in the shower for the entirety of our stay. They did refund one night. I would not stay there again.

This place was a hidden gem and close to all the action! The loft was spacious and had a beautiful view of 6th street. The only negative I would say is the area is surrounded by a few homeless people which is not the lofts fault. Other than that, it’s a great location walking distance to nice bars and restaurants.

With this place, you obviously get what you pay for as it was not the cleanest place in the world. I walked into the front door and there was barf there. When I walked into the floor of the apartment, it was sticky and wasn’t the cleanest. The location was great. It was easy to get to.

Check in process was pretty bad and should have happened hours before so we checked in almost an hour late for two of the three apartments we rented. I had to repeatedly call the number for help Just to get a response. The kitchens were not stocked and ready to cook at all. There was a dirty wine glass in one of the apartments, one had a broken light for the only light in the room, one was missing a shower curtain and another only came with 2 towels and it took a while for anyone to answer to get more towels. The location was great, we did enjoy that and the apartment ended up being good after all of the chaos of checking in. But it was not ready for how the listing was presented.

The bathroom in my room was not up to standards. The tub was stained with old caulking, some missing and several black areas. This made me very concerned about the full cleanliness of the entire room. The location was great and it appears they had done renovations. I hope they are still in the process and will update the bathroom.

The communication was excellent, with quick and efficient replies. The space itself was spacious and. However, the kitchenware wasn’t clean upon arrival, and the balcony door was broken, which made the noise from outside more noticeable and allowed more cold air to come in. The noise level is to be expected given the central downtown location. Overall, the stay was decent, but a few improvements could make it much better.

Great location but needs to be better maintained

Pro - Great location, clean, and full of amenities. Con - The workmanship of the decor is lacking, things are falling off the wall, and lights not working. It's convenient to be able to communicate with customer service via text, but when things don't work, they cannot provide immediate support.

The 3 balconies was great. Sounded like the water from the upstairs toilet was being flushed onto the ceiling downstairs. Place was dusty, outdated, curtains and rod's were damaged and hanging. The elevator to get parking on checkout date was inoperative.

Postive. Location to 6th Street was perfect. Windows/balconies were perfect for people watching below. Spacious and equipped. Bathrooms were clean Cons: lots of wear and tear (think college student housing). Rug wasn’t vacuumed well. And lots of water damage. No dresser. And could not access the internet but in all fairness I never called about it to give them a chance to recify it. A place for adults not families. But fine for us.

We did not receive the code information to enter the building or room prior to arrival so had to call and make many attempts to finally reach a person who could help. Overall, poor communication and little regard to hospitality or being accommodating in regards to extending the stay or late check out. The building and room have the quality of a house quickly flipped for profit,i.e. poor quality and cheaply done. The great location for the night/bar scene is the main draw to stay here. The bed was comfortable. If you’re college age and looking to party, this is probably for you.

This place is on a ridiculously loud, busy corner, and it was comically loud (shouting drunk people, houseless people arguing, loud motorcycles) all night long (on a weekend). The windows need to be replaced for better insulation. Besides that, there was a terrible smell in the unit—kind of like a spicy pizza burp? It got worse the longer we were there. Check-in was good and the building was easy to access with the texted pin but I would not recommend.

It was very dusty, the dead bug in the bathroom was disconcerting. The air vents throughout apartment were caked in dust and debris. Bathroom towels were very limited ( only a tiny hand towel in main floor bathroom) Upside it was very close to dining and night life ( lots of street people too unfortunately) not quite sure how safe the area is if you’re alone. We were 4 ladies so we felt ok.

The room was nothing like the photos. Yes there was a balcony, bed, couch, tv and the other usuals you’d find like towels and utensils. The loft was very dingy and not homey as it appeared in photos. The couch looked like it hadn’t been replaced in years and was torn in places and the whole place had a very stale and uncomfortable way of it. It was one of those places where maybe a group of drunk friends would be ok with, but I would never take my children there. We ended up not staying at all and drove the hour back home after our event. Next time I visit Austin I am absolutely paying more for an actual hotel.
