South Austin Group Retreat with Swimspa and Backyard fun!

Enjoy your stay with friends and family at this fully remodeled, impeccably clean and conveniently located home in South Austin. Only 15 minutes from Zilker Park and downtown Austin, 3 miles away from the hill country where you can find the best distilleries, wineries and great restaurants. This spacious home accommodate a large group with 15 beds, ideal for large gatherings. Main house includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and guest house has a large bedroom and bathroom as well as kitchen.
The home is a contemporary farmhouse style one story home. The outdoor and indoor living areas are very open spaces and designed to entertain. High speed wifi internet, coffee bar, TV channels provided are Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, HBO, cable channels as well as the Football Network for a wide variety of entertainment options. Other amenities include 2 sets of washer/dryers with detergent, 2 large refrigerators, microwave, all kitchen essentials, all bathroom essentials, soap, shampoo and hair dryer.

The home is on a 1/3 acre lot in a neighborhood that is close to wedding venues, dance halls and bars. Local breweries include One Shot Brewery, Jester King, Treaty Oaks, 12 Fox Beer, Twisted X, Fitzhugh Brewery, Suds Monkey Brewing, Last Stand, and Beerburg Brewing. Local distilleries include Deep Eddy Vodka and Dripping Springs Vodka. Wineries with wine tours include Bell Springs Winery, Sidecar Tasting Room and others. Great food at Stanley's Farmhouse Pizza, Jack Allens, Metcalf BBQ, and the famous Salt Lick BBQ.

EXCELLENT THANKSGIVING WEEK

Wow! What a wonderful home to rent. We were ages 15-85. Everyone loved the home. So much space and wonderful backyard. The kitchen has wonderful dishes and serving platters. It was like being at home. Would highly recommend ! We would stay again!!

Great Bachelor Spot

Property was awesome. Set up was great with lots of sleeping space for a big group. Outdoor area was amazing for hanging out with friends and enjoying the Texas spring. Host was very helpful and communicative both before check in and when we first arrived. Would recommend the house

We have a large family and were in town for my daughters wedding. It was spacious, comfortable, and the Swimspa and ping pong table were an added bonus. They had everything we needed. We would definitely like to come back.

This property exceeded expectations in terms of space and comfort. Chris was a responsive host beforehand and throughout our stay, even allowing us to check out a little later so we could spend less time at the airport. Highly recommend!

Bachelor Party

The property was great for our group of 16. Had plenty of room and everything was seamless and in working order. It's about a 20 minute Uber ride to downtown so keep that in mind and many of the beds are in a separate structure in the yard so it did separate our group a bit at times. Both of the buildings are beautiful though and we loved our stay!

Fun time

We stayed at this property for a bachelors party and had a great time! Very nice/responsive host and property was very clean when we arrived. Backyard is a great space to enjoy the outdoors and have fun with a big group of friends. Would definitely recommend checking this place out for larger groups. Only about a 20-25min drive from Downtown Austin as well so you can check out the city. Easy to get Ubers as well.

We will definitely stay here again and I would recommend this to anyone that has a large group! the property was clean, there were plenty of beds, the backyard was huge and incredible and Rose was super responsive and so helpful! I would recommend this 10 out of 10. It was amazing!

GREAT property! Everything is as pictured and was beyond our expectations! Reserved this property for my bridal party and it worked out perfectly. Plenty of beds and more than enough room for everyone to get hair and makeup done, etc. Everyone is still talking about how great the place was. We would love to come back!

Bachelorette Party

Amazing experience staying at this property. We all came to visit Austin from IL and FL. Extremely impressed with the Comfy beds, space, and enough room to accommodate a bachelorette party. Excellent amenities to make your visit feel like home and made it easy to host my group. This stay offered beach towels in case you were to visit Lake Travis and soap and conditioner to make your life easy with packing on your trip. The only thing I’d offer for advice is to order your ubers/lyfts in advance — it was a little tricky ordering a car on the spot to get to 6th street or Rainey. But overall I’d love to come back to stay at this property again! Best one in Austin!
