The location is great and close to everything we needed. It was approximately 15 minutes from our conference and an endless number of restaurants. Round Rock is a great community with many things to do for people of all ages. There isn't much to critique about this particular property other than the bathrooms having one ply toilet paper and the beds not being the most comfortable. The house was very clean from top to bottom as were the linens. The main floor living room has a nice 75" television which we enjoyed late at night while hanging out. We did not use the kitchen but it possessed all of the necessary cutlery and dishware if you have plans for staying in and cooking. We could've pulled our vehicle into the garage if we wanted too. The owners were punctual when communicating and forthright about information presented. They seemed invested in making sure our stay was a positive one. When I initially booked the house I thought I had reserved a four bedroom home which this is not. That was my oversight. As a result one of my colleagues slept on the large and comfortable sofa located in the sitting area located on the second floor. He didn't complain about comfort and was pleased with his sleeping arrangements. I was glad my oversight was successfully taken care of by the second floor spacious sitting area and sofa. Overall, I recommend this property without hesitation and hope to stay here again in the future. ##### Scott M.
