Let your culinary skills shine in the pristine kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of high-end appliances and gadgets. Gather for delicious meals around the kitchen bar with seating for five. A large sectional and two armchairs set the scene for relaxation in the living area. In the evening, get cozy by the gas fireplace and settle in to stream favorite shows on the 65-inch smart TV.
This single-story home sleeps foud adults and one child comfortably in two bedrooms. Find ultimate comfort in the primary suite, complete with a stately king bed, smart TV, and a lavish en suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin trundle. (Please note the twin trundle only accommodates small children.) The guest bathroom comes with a tub/shower combination. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer.
Unwind into vacation mode on the covered deck, featuring two Adirondack chairs and additional seating for 10. In the evening, keep mealtime simple and cook burgers on the gas grill. End the day roasting marshmallows around the firepit (firewood is provided for your convenience).
WHAT’S NEARBY Stroll just one block to South Congress Avenue to explore a selection of eclectic cafes, fine dining options, boutiques, and entertainment. Little Stacy Neighborhood Park features play structures, a basketball court, and tennis courts. Big Stacy offers vast green spaces and a public pool. Both are within half a mile. Rent bikes and hop on the Ann & Roy Butler Hike/Bike Trail (1 mile) for views of downtown and Lady Bird Lake. During warmer months, rent kayaks or paddleboards at the lake and enjoy lovely views from the water. Rainey Street offers a bustling promenade of restaurants, music venues, and pubs (2 miles). Or venture just 1.5 miles into the heart of downtown for even more culture, cuisine, and entertainment. Don’t miss Zilker Park, home to the ACL Music Festival. While there, take a refreshing dip at Barton Springs Pool (2.5 miles).

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.

Fantastic location and comfortable guest home
This 2 bedroom guest home is just lovely - the inside is very clean and the kitchen and living area open and spacious. The outdoor porches are great too.
The location is fantastic - its proximity to South Congress is wonderful. The neighborhood itself it quiet and quaint.

Great month-long stay
I was lucky enough to stay in this home for a month. The location is superb. The features in the home give you everything you need and lots of creature comforts, plus a big backyard area as well. Now if only I could live there permanently!

Location was great. One block from the south end of the shopping district. Quiet neighborhood. House was clean and everything worked. For 3-4 people it would be a place I would rent again.

The house was spacious, light filled, in a great location, and very clean. The kitchen is well appointed. The king bed firmness was adjustable and therefore pretty comfortable for someone like us with specific needs. The queen bed seemed uncomfortable, but luckily we didn't need it. We were discouraged trying to get in because we were provided with an incorrect key code but Vacasa customer service helped clear that up right away, even as it happened to be Christmas Eve. I am sensitive to fragrance and found this home did not bother my allergies. I was glad to find that the linens are washed without fragrance and there is no air freshener in the home.

Plumbing issues
Master sinks and guest bathtub clogged when we arrived. Weren’t taken care for a day and a half. Our total stay was 4 days. Access to home a little tricky. TV difficult to use for my husband and I. Thank goodness our children were there to help us. Otherwise it’s a pretty home in a quiet neighborhood with a good location.

Great location
Great and convenient location. One block from South Congress. Great kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. Manager was very responsive. The Guest room needs some TLC. The elliptical needs to be removed, it takes up too much room to get around the bed. The queen bed is 3 feet off the ground and squeaks every time you move, it needs to be replaced. The trundle bed is too small for an average sized adult, it's a child's bed.

Please remove the eliptical machine from the bedroom, not enough space. Trundbed is for a child, even though I specifically asked if it was a twin size and they told me yes. It is wide, but very short.

Beautiful house in a great location, just steps from some great restaurants and shops. One bedroom was a little outdated but the rest of the house was all completely new. Gorgeous backyard with fire pit and all new kitchen appliances. I think sleeping 5 would have been uncomfortable but fit 4 perfectly.

Fantastic stay on SoCo
Check in was easy with the access code, the home is even better than pictured indoors & out, and the location can’t be beat! My group of 4 had a wonderful stay and it was so easy to walk a block to SoCo for meals and access to the lake. This home is by far my most favorite stay to date on SoCo. I will be booking here the next time I come back to town!

Great Austin spot - quiet street and so close to South Congress!
The house was super clean and well equipped. Great kitchen and bathrooms. We loved the location - so walkable to South Congress and on a quiet street. Beautiful back deck and yard too.
