One step into this “Alamo-esque” style home brings the expansive Texas sky & lake views directly into your vacation. The professional kitchen is stocked with everything you need to entertain. Dine indoors or outside with the sunset above the lake as your backdrop. Relax in the beautiful pool or nearby lounge chairs. A short walk down the paved trail leads to a private dock with an upper deck lounge area, swim ladder, hammock & large, grassy lawn. Stop on the trail at the viewpoint landing for a private picnic. Regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 12 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee. Working with ABOVE Vacation Residences added a great benefit and they were able to assist us with any questions we had during our stay and also offered recommendations for local restaurants and activities. I cannot say enough amazing things about the rental company who helped with everything along the way. The house is occupied by the homeowners ALL year. This was not disclosed when we rented the property. There are no closets to use in the master either. One of my children spent the entire time sneezing and had a rash on his body during our stay. Come to find out they have cats and still swore the day was outside. We left this property a day earlier. A mixture of the home, the poor weather, the long drive to try to get anywhere all contributed to moving up our flights.
