You’ll find all of that here at Casa Zephyr. Almost 2,200sf, this house has been modernized to fit your travel needs. It’s a smart house. It’s open and spacious. It’s ideal for large groups. And it backs up to green space and park.

Casa Zephyr can accommodate up to 14 folks. Large master down with en-suite bathroom. Three bedrooms upstairs with a 2nd LR & bathtub shower. Main floor also includes separate powder room and laundry room with W/D. Sunken/Step down main living room (watch your step upon entry) & floor to ceiling windows will brighten your mood immediately.

HOUSE RULES
- quiet hours are from 9pm - 9am
- no shoes inside the house
- no pets allowed; however, we do have recommendations for boarding services should you need them - some offer discounts on our behalf
- no smoking inside the home, only in the rear yard please; get rid of your cigarettes responsibly; $300 fine if smoke smell is found inside the home
- no parties or events permitted
- extra guests must be registered PRIOR to check in; unregistered guests or visitors incur a fee of $150/visitor - no exceptions
- cleaning fee does not cover taking out your trash or picking up after yourselves; if the house is not found in the similar condition that you had checked in, then you are responsible for additional cleaning fees charged by our cleaner. Please be respectful and considerate of this house. The nominal cleaning fee charged to you doesn't cover messes. There are paper and kitchen towels with cleaning products for you to pick up after yourselves. Thank you.
- do not use the fireplace --- it is off limits for safety reasons. $500 fee if is found to be used

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
- positive government ID required prior to check-in for all guests (feel free to text them to me)
- refer to House Manual at house (please read upon arrival)
- early check in or check out requires prior approval to booking; early or late check out incurs a fee of $75/hour

Please use common sense and be considerate of the space provided for you to enjoy. Any reports from our neighbors of loud noise will automatically get you evicted from the house. This is a residential neighborhood so please keep that in mind. Parties and events are not permitted. We do not tolerate rude or disrespectful guests. Please enjoy the house and give us any feedback on anything. This is our livelihood and we enjoy providing a clean, safe and comfortable space for you!
