Live the good life at this leisurely Lago Vista vacation rental! Showcasing scenic backyard views overlooking the Lago Vista Golf Course, this inviting home offers comfortable furnishings and a convenient location close to the lake and family-friendly activities.

The private backyard offers plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the outdoors. Lucky guests may even be treated to visits from local wildlife like deer. A gas grill is equipped for true Texas-style barbecues. Mornings can be spent sipping coffee on the covered patio.

A sunny bonus room can be set up as a games and entertainment space or a spare bedroom. A full suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances makes it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. Additional perks include a Pack-N-Play, free WiFi, air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The house is in a great location with the backyard right on the golf course and deer that come up to the back door but the outdoor areas are in need of some TLC and the kitchen was not well equipped. The house was clean though and communication with the host was good.

Austin is beautiful

The following review is to set the expectation of future people considering to stay here. It’s a perfect location but as we entered the property, it appeared to not be lived in for quite some time due to the following: the entrance of the home had several spiders, spider webs, bugs on the door entrance on top of the door and door knob. The house was not swept and had a strong mildew smell that caused to trigger allergies for me. There’s many flies out in the backyard so make sure if you plan on grilling to expect many many flies out in the back and to fly inside the home. The negative thing for us was that we couldn’t go to any of the pools or lakes nearby unless we had a key card with access. So if you’re new to Austin and want to go have a swim nearby, you won’t be able to. We were told by Vrbo the owner chose not to give guest access to any places requiring access to their water places in Lago Vista. Overall, we did enjoy the stay there because the home was very comfortable for our family of 5 and dog. You will see several deer nearby too!!
