I can’t say enough wonderful things about this home! It truly is a home away from home. Everyone in our family was comfortable from the 1 year old to the grandparents. Hidden Gem

This place was not only beautiful but very clean! It is 11 minutes away from the airport but you don’t hear the planes flying over. It’s very close to the city and about 1 hour and 20 minutes to Fredericksburg. We had a minor issue with the dishwasher but Sam not only took care of the issue he went above and beyond! I’ve rented a lot places on VRBO and this was by far the best. We truly felt like we were at home! I can’t recommend this place enough. I will definitely stay there again!

Fun Family Weekend!

We were in town to visit family. This beautiful home was a great gathering place for us. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and even spices. There’s a grocery store near by so we were able to save a lot of money by cooking our own meals. We were traveling with our grandkids and this house had a big assortment of toys to keep the happy all weekend! The swingset in the backyard was also a hit as was the neighborhood pool and playground. We will definitely stay here again!

Great house, great neighborhood. I’m in austin about 3-6 times a year. Will be back for sure. Couldn’t get either TV to work (probably old-man user error!!), but Wi-Fi was rockin fast, so I was good with that.

Perfect spot for littles!

My three year old gives this place a FIVE STAR rating. There are swings to climb on (the actual swings are broken), a slide, ROCKS, construction trucks, a lot of butterflies, one spider, nice grass, one ant pile, great books, lots of games. He used them all and it really added so so much to our stay. The pools are nice and the neighborhood is super new. Very appreciative of a lovely landing pad during our Eclipse Adventure.

Perfect weekend getaway

The house was exactly as it was described. Everything was perfect and communication with the host was wonderful. I really appreciated the fact that we were able to use the gym at the amenity center which was just a short walk from the house. The gym had a few treadmills and elliptical machines, a rower, a spin bike, dumbbells and a cable machine. Definitely a great perk for us. I’d love to stay at this property again. Very close to Germania Amphitheater and COTA.

Cozy get away

We actually are from the area but our home is much smaller and we wanted to have a birthday party for our 8yr old just a small thing not a big party we just needed a bit more space also I wanted to be away from the house and all the chores Id yet to tackle lol so it was like a vacay.The pictures dont show how beautiful the home is you have to see it in person.Also Idk what maid service they use but the house was so clean I mean spotless!Also everything you could need including games,toys and a beautiful spacious back yard thats another amazing experience because beyond the fence is nothing but land with horses although it wasnt connected to the home just looking at it was nice.Very safe and peaceful neighborhood also the home is definitely bigger in person. We loved it ❤️ great family home for sure!Also pricing was extremely reasonable especially considering we rented on a weekend when prices usually go up.10 out of 10 !

Wonderful home in Austin

The home we stayed in Austin was wonderful. It was bright and airy. The owner was very thoughtful and had stocked the home with anything one would need. The kitchen was fully stocked and bathrooms had ample towels. Everything in the home was new. The beds were very comfortable. It was in a very lovely new neighborhood which is close to everything one would want to see. The home was quite spacious. The backyard looked dreamy in the evenings. I cannot say enough good things about the home and the owner was super responsive. The washing machine and dryer and almost everything in the home was brand new and worked very well. We loved the filtered cold water from the refrigerator and also the kitchen. We did not have to buy water bottles. We were able to visit nice restaurants near the downtown, go to the Circuit of the America racing track, other places like Lake Travis, Mount Bonnell etc. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to stay.

This is listed as a family friendly home, and I felt that it was - lots of things there for children. For our stay, we had all adults in the 50 - 70 age range and the house was a great set-up for us as well. Centrally located to lots of things in Austin.

This home was perfect for our trip. The property was exactly as described and beautifully decorated.I was there for a teacher conference and my team and I were so thankful to have found this property instead of being stuck at a hotel. We were able to cook our own meals, have our own rooms, and still have access to a beautiful pool. This place was perfect for a mom and 3-13 year old girls who were traveling for the Benson Boone concert. We were looking for somewhere close but not in the middle of the madness. This cute, quiet neighborhood felt safe and like home. The only thing I would complain about (haha) is that the pictures actually don’t do the house justice! -Charbonet Hightower
