Brand New Central Austin Condo

Kick back and relax in this newly renovated condo in central Austin. Ground floor unit with designated close parking surrounded by Austin’s best restaurants and coffee shops. Steps away from UT and hiking/biking trails. This all new one bedroom condo has comfortable bedding, washer/dryer, TVs in each room, and kitchen with all the appliances you will need.

Come and enjoy what Austin has to offer!

The space:
650 sqft. King bed in primary with Queen pullout sofa bed in living room. SMART TVs in both living (55") room and bedroom (43"). 300+MB Wi-Fi.

The condo is located in the Heritage district and is ranked one of the best places to live in Austin. It is located in a quiet and newly renovated building and is an easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, University of Texas and hiking/biking trails.

There is a designated parking spot right in front of building with easy access to the ground floor condo. Additional parking spaces are available for visitors.

This is my favorite VRBO in Austin! It is so clean, comfortable and inviting. Rich is a very communicative and thorough host. He explains everything in detail and the apartment has every amenity you need.

Rich, the host was very attentive and welcoming. The amenities were very nice. The king size bed was very comfortable, I loved the coffee maker and the variety of coffee provided. The appliances all seemed new and were in great condition.I do have a couple of suggestions. Add a cheese grater, more hooks in the bathroom or bedroom for damp towels and the louvers on the air vent in the living area don't adjust. When the air comes on it blows things of the countertop. Need to be able to adjust them to tilt up. We really enjoyed our stay and will probably book the condo again.

Everything about this condo is perfect! The location; you can walk to restaurants and stores. There are sidewalks everywhere you go. It was clean and modern and Rich stocked it with everything you could possibly need. It was also very quiet. We will stay here again!

We had an impeccable stay in Austin at Rich’s place. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities we could ever need for a weekend stay. The location is great, about a 10min walk to UT campus and 20min walk to Darrell K. Royal Stadium. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the neighborhood is safe. Would 10/10 recommend and will definitely stay here again!

A wonderful weekend in ATX

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish! We were in town for multiple sporting events, and this location was a 10/10. We were close enough to walk to campus (about 30 min) and were situated far enough away from downtown that an Uber was inexpensive and we avoided most of the traffic. The condo was very comfortable, and we appreciated the small touches (coffee, bruta filters, etc). We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Austin!
