Everything was clean and ready upon check in and there were even complimentary beverages in the fridge up on arrival which was quite the nice touch and greatly appreciated after a long road trip. The neighborhood was quiet and street parking was easy to come by with a parking pad out back if needed. My only complaint would be that there isn't an exhaust fan in either of the bathrooms. Smells and humidity flows from the bathrooms. but we quickly learned to open the bathroom windows which really helped. Thanks for a great stay! ##### Justine C. Here are a list of pros and cons. Pros: The host answered my questions in a timely manner. Place was clean and stocked with basic items. Beds were comfortable and prepared with fresh sheets. Lovely backyard. Quiet neighborhood. Cons: The neighborhood looked sketchy The bath towels had suspicious orange stains everywhere on them. If there was no available parking in the front of the house then you’d have to park in the back which would have been fine if I could lock the back door from the outside when I left anywhere; there was not so I had to lock the back door from the inside, go out the front door (lock it) then walk from the front yard to the backyard where I was parked. Not too big of a deal but not convenient either. ##### Angelica V. When we got there, there were no instructions on where to park or how to get to the driveway (it was on another street). Street Parking was all taken up. The photos were much nicer than the actual property. Said there was a campfire area-but had one piece of wood-can't really make a fire with one piece of wood. There was no baking dishes at all to be able to cook in the oven. The oven didn't work properly and the manager came to take a look at it, however he got it to say it was preheating to 325 but then the cinnamon rolls took an hour and a half to cook. OVEN is BROKEN. Listing boasts all the comforts of home, however there was no comfort of home. We chose a VRBO so that we could eat in etc. It sleeps 5 (with one on a couch) but there are only three forks in the silverware drawer. There were some pots in the cabinet, but the non stick coating was all scratched up and one was dirty from the last person. Listing said that printer and office was there for use, but then printer wouldn't work because it was out of ink. I was VERY disappointed in this listing. I would caution anyone from booking this listing. ##### Sara M.
