"The communication with the host was great. I arrived early than the check-in he had no problem with letting me come in an hour and a half early. It was extremely clean, not too far from the mall and a ton of food options. Would definitely recommend staying and I would stay again when I'm down that way"

"My room was on the small side but so well appointed and set up that it didn't feel cramped. The bathroom was very small, however. The room was clean and the staff (front desk and bellmen) so helpful and kind. Such a beautiful Southern hotel. The rooftop balcony is lovely and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when next in Augusta."

2/10 Terrible

"Property was very poorly maintained both inside and outside. Things were dirty and furniture was very old and worn out. The kitchen didn’t have a normal coffee pot. Grass and hedges were over grown. Wasp nest were on porch and by front door. Walkway and deck were not clean. Siding and paint was falling off of the house. The ceiling in the den was a big water leak stain. A/C was not on when we arrived and the house smells very musty. I can go on and on but if you have other choices in Augusta you should consider them. I would not recommend this house."
