Overall, we all enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, 2 minute walk to Sky City and queen street. Check in was easy, all explained post booking. Friendly staff, and an in-house discount for guests was a nice touch. Had a great old style pub feel. Our rooms were clean, and had all the basics we needed. The building itself is pretty tired, and it does have old sash windows, so you may need ear plugs! Cramped, low ceilings, especially trying to get into bed. Windows open to nasty roof area. Loud neighborhood at night with sirens, cars racing their engines, people yelling in the streets.
