It is in a state of disrepair. With a snapped chain and a broken bolt you could not lock the front door, there were stains on the duvet that looked very much like blood, the light and power switches had face plates either missing or broken, the room was dirty, there was rubbish in the public ares and the stairwell. We had booked for 7 nights and left after 1 night. They refused any refund due to the fact when I complained that they offered to move me to another room, I declined due to the fact that the whole hotel was in such a dreadful state.
