Nice and central. So much going on in and around the Auckland CBD. The staff were accomodating when I had left key cards in room and sorted us out another couple so we could head to bed. The band performing in the Casino was so good and had everyone singing and dancing along. The only issue was how noisy the air conditioning was at night, it kept us awake

Staff had excellent customer service and communication, very polite and welcoming, the courtyard room was clean and comfy, convenient to have direct room access to outside patio. The casino staff very helpful and great sense of humor. Food court which is now food republic was very good, i had hokkien noodle braized brisket stirfry was superb, and the butterchicken was normal but nice. Overall great experience, will be coming back.
