Our room was fantastic, super comfy bed, nice views from the balcony and onsite parking was very convenient. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Ponsonby street where there is an abundance of cafes, restaurants, shops and parks. We really enjoyed staying here and will book it again next time we are in Auckland. Highly recommended.

The room is very spacious, and the amenities are well-equipped and convenient. Free parking is also a great advantage. Something could be improved is the cleanliness of the clothes hangers, as there was some dust on them. Also, the room has limited natural light because there is only a small window, so the lights need to be turned on during the day, also the air conditioning needs to be turned on for refreshing.

Really great location, loved that. Excellent to have secure off street parking. Nice complimentary snack basket. The beds were comfortable. However, please note that the economy studio has one tiny high window, but is essentially a windowless block bunker under the back of the building. There is no natural ventilation, light or outlook. It was ok for us as on this trip we just needed a bed at night, however we would have been very disappointed if wanted to spend any time there. Also, one day we asked for no room service but to receive clean towels. We were promised towels but they never came- we had to reuse our wet ones we’d left for them in a pile. Overall, our stay was okay and location great, but would not stay in this room again, the apartments upstairs looked much nicer but also were much pricier - check exactly what you’re booking.

Very close to bars, restaurants and good night life, situated on a very quiet street, rooms are clean and comfortable with great amenities. I would recommend this complex for couples and families on trips to Auckland.

Modern, comfortable and easy. Great to have a car park. Little snack basket is a great touch. Acoustics were the only issue where you could hear the neighbouring units talking. Cleaning good but a few little things that caught my eye. Great place!

Everything was great. We had great communication with the hotel staff before we arrived and while we were there. The room was well appointed and didnt seem to lack of anything. Its a very short walk to restaurants and shops.
