« The apartment is very clean and in a great and safe location. Everything you would need in a home away from home was provided, and instructions were very clear. It was easy to walk to the CBD. There are lots of restaurants in the area too. The host was very responsive too.
Only cons are
1) The lack of air conditioning. It made for uncomfortable nights. Of the two fans provided, one was very noisy, and the other one designed to help with airflow didn’t seem to do much.
2) The washer and dryer...

« Hidden Valley Waiheke was a highlight of our trip. The setting feels private and immersed in nature, yet still thoughtfully designed and incredibly comfortable. It feels intentional rather than styled, calm rather than performative.
The host communication was excellent. Clear instructions regarding access, proactive guidance about the steep driveway (with helpful tips), and responsive email communication made arrival seamless and expectations well managed.
