The chances are you’ll be dining out in Atlanta every night, however the kitchen is fully-equipped should you choose to enjoy the city night lights from home.
This inviting condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests in a plush queen bedroom with additional space in the living area and the bathroom has a bath/shower combo. An ideal base for both corporate executives and vacationers looking to stay in the heart of downtown Atlanta.
You’ll enjoy the best of convenient downtown living when you stay at the impressive Peachtree Towers, a skyscraper when it was built back in 1962, the first residential building in downtown Atlanta and once the tallest at 23-stories. Downtown and Midtown are pedestrian and bike-friendly and it\`s easy to explore on foot or rent a bike.

An Important Covid-19 Update
Keeping our guests safe is our top priority and we have enhanced our cleaning process to align with the new Covid-19 guidelines to ensure you’ll enjoy a safe stay when you book one of our downtown Atlanta condos. Each rental is deep cleaned, disinfected and sanitized prior to arrival with special attention given to high-touch surfaces.
Other Things to Note:
Heat & Air Conditioning; This building is ran on a central heating & air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat, or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
Check in is 4 PM and Check out is 11 AM unless previously discussed with host.
Please note: Your reservation is subject to cancellation if you fail to upload a valid photo ID and credit card or complete a rental agreement when requested. Additionally, if your credit card payment is declined or does not process successfully, your reservation will be cancelled. The property was exactly as described and very clean. My Host was so accommodating from initial booking until the end of our vacation. The balcony and view was my favorite part….Both sunrises and sunsets were visible…the night skyline was just stunning. Location was perfect for us due to the close proximity of parks, gardens and restaurants for any cuisine, all delicious. Finally, check-in and check-out were seamless. I highly recommend this Host and this particular unit.
