The hotel rooms were very clean and nice. The hotel restaurant was okay. Parking would have been nice. And a pool would have given it an excellent rating

This a get place to stay with a family. There are so many activities and the facilities are great.

We had a great stay at Hotel Contessa and would definitely return. The location on the River Walk is excellent, our room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly throughout our visit. The rooftop pool area was a highlight with great views of the city. The only minor issue was that the rooftop pool bar wasn’t staffed when we visited on a Saturday afternoon, and we couldn’t find any posted bar hours. Not a big deal, but something that could be improved. Overall, a wonderful experience and an easy recommendation for anyone visiting San Antonio.

Rustic, yet very comfortable. The property is a hunting lodge, with hosted hunts. Pool and hot tub was very nice and the Cantina had very good food and drink variety. Staff was attentive but not intrusive. We will be staying there again.
