Perfect location, friendly staff. Room had dust under the radiator and caulk in the shower had mold. As did the windowsill in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. No view out the Windows and hall way was pitch black until you walked a few feet into it. Slept well. Appreciated the ceiling fan and AC.

I would like to mention the front desk agent name Nasim and Visalia the bellman ( I’m not exactly sure of the spelling so sorry) they were both so helpful and really helped me to make sure my stay was a great experience.

We only stayed one night on the very top floor. Room was fine, liked the wood rafters and general feel. Slightly small bathroom and the lack of an elevator might intimidate some as it's quite a few stairs to the top floor but the staff were very kind to take our bags to our room for us. I expect the room gets hot in the summer though it was comfortable for us in mid-September. The convenience of being walking distance from the central station is very helpful and being in the heart of the centre was good for us as we were able to take in some sights during our short stay. I would stay here again for a short visit to Brussels.
