I had great overnight stay for a work trip. My room was spacious and had a nice bathroom. Modern on/off button shower was good. The tv reception was not great (BBC1 didn't work), the carpet a little worn and the shower leaked to the bathroom floor but these were minor details and didn't really impact my overall view. I slept well, the staff were friendly and the best thing was the breakfast. Recommended for an overnight stay.

Good apartment for 3, very clean and well maintained. Both the double and single were ensuite bedrooms. Linen and towels supplied. Coffee,tea, sugar, milk,water and pepper and salt all supplied. It saved us going shopping on arrival. Well equipped kitchen. Everything you could want in a good position for seafront and town and days out.

I enjoyed a perfectly acceptable stay. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant & friendly. Breakfast was very tasty. It's a good looking place. The owners have obvs tried to provide for all a guest needs in this price bracket. I didn't want for anything. Everything I needed was provided or within reach.
It's very hard to get a 5 from me. A touch of black mould here n there in the bathroom/around the bedroom windows and a whiff of dog in the bar (although, to be fair, allowing dogs wasn't a secret!) gets a 4

"Comfortable bed. Nice room. Espresso machine in room - excellent. Blinds were a bit broken and not blackout. Single glazing which was mostly ok at this time of year but anyone or vehicle who did go past definitely disturbed our sleep. Bath towels were small, not bath sheets. Lovely friendly staff. ..."

"The house was very comfortable, especially the beds. The host was easy to get hold of, we had trouble getting the downstairs television to work, I emailed her and she replied quickly.
