Découvrez le centre-ville et son marché animé, ses rues pavées et les magnifiques canaux de "La Petite Venise des Alpes".  
Cet appartement peut accueillir 2 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants, au 4ème étage.  
  
La chambre dispose d'un lit 160x200 et un petit coin nuit avec des lits superposés se trouvent derrière le salon, vous permettant de séjourner à 4 pour deux adultes et deux enfants. Vous pourrez profiter de la terrasse après une belle journée au bord du lac ou en montagne.  
L'appartement est équipé d'une climatisation d'une télévision Smart TV, du wifi, et de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour tels qu'une machine à café Nespresso, d'un lave linge, un appareil à raclette...  
La salle d’eau est équipée d’une douche et des WC.  
  
Le linge de maison sera fourni pour votre séjour, draps, serviettes et torchon de cuisine.  
  
Nombreux restaurants et commerces accessibles à pied ; vous pourrez vous déplacer sans voiture durant tout votre séjour.  
Le lac est à 5 min à pied. Location de vélos à proximité (une superbe piste cyclable fait tout le tour du lac).  
  
🅿️ Le stationnement est possible dans les rues voisines (payant en journée mais gratuit le soir et le dimanche) ou encore au parking souterrain Poste.

Disliked: Location

First, I will state that the photos listed are an accurate representation of this property but that is where it ends. Secondly, I will advise to check to make sure the balcony door is fixed before booking or entering this property because it was broken and therefore we could not use it at all during our stay, which we were looking forward to using and enjoying. I would also be aware that the “location” of this property is not verified and the location when you click on the map is wrong. While the location is fine, it’s a misrepresentation of where this apartment is in Annecy. If you want to be close to the train station and not near the Chateau d’Annecy like the map suggests then this might be the place for you.Third, the host also did not disclose the address of this property until we had arrived at the train station in Annecy, which makes me believe that they know the location of this listing is misrepresented. Lastly, we have stayed in many places before and we have felt this one was a bit off. The apartment is fine and it wasn’t as clean as we would like and it was a bit strange that the toilet was literally connected to the bunkbed room. If you have children sleeping in that room who go to bed before you, you literally have to go through their room to get to the toilet which is no where near the upstairs bedroom. You are also not renting from an owner but a company which does not give you the same level of service. Also the apartment was boiling hot when we arrived.
