"This is a small small room. It is in an old building and all a bit of a mess. Pictures do not give you true perspective of the room. Bed is against the wall so you have to climb over each other to get in bed. We love Annecy but this room was a big disappointment. A lot of money for what it is, untidy, not particularly clean . If you are over 21 do not stay here."

Garage comodissimo, anche con auto grande siamo riusciti senza problema ad entrare nel posto ed uscire. "Great studio right in the centre of the old town! Walking distance to the lake, a selection of great restaurants and really well equipped. Perfect base for a solo traveller! Although worth noting given it’s an old building (expected given it’s the old town) that the walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbours and the final staircase up to the studio is pretty narrow/steep so be careful if you have large luggage you may struggle getting up to it. "

"J'ai beaucoup apprécié déjà pour la deuxième fois mon séjour au "Le Bertholet 9" tout est impeccable, le studio est parfait pour un séjour, tout le confort, cuisine, salle de bain, serviettes de bains, machine à laver... A mon arrivée, tout était propre et rangé, un luxe et une chance! Juste que le lit n'est pas trop confortable... Ce studio est très bien situé, à quelques pas du centre commercial Courier et quelques minutes du lac. Il n'est pas trop loin de la gare non plus. Le rêve! Etant...
