You will reach the Lake and the Paquier (large expanse of grass along the lake) in less than 5 minutes on foot. In a new building, discover a carefully decorated apartment, ideal for 2 people and can accommodate up to 4 people, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with toilet. The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed 160x200 cm (Queen) and plenty of storage space The living room offers a sofa bed 140x200 cm (Double) and a TV with international channels. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high speed WiFi Linen will be provided for your stay. ⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety. There's a certain view from the balcony, but the road noise is very disturbing (at least for us). So sleeping with the windows open at night is not great. Prestation de la conciergerie du Lac irrĂ©prochable, je recommande fortement ! SĂ©jour presque parfait si il n'avait pas Ă©tĂ© un peu gachĂ© par les voisins, très bruyants et que l'on entend courir et sauter de 8h du matin a 23h le soir. Pas dramatique pour notre sĂ©jour de 3 nuits, dont les journĂ©es ont Ă©tĂ© passĂ©es dehors mais pour qui souhaiterait rester plus longtemps, ca peut etre plus pĂ©nible Ă  vivre. NĂ©anmoins très satisfait de ce sĂ©jour et de l'appartement en lui meme. Boxe privĂ© très apprĂ©ciable : possibilitĂ© d'y mettre une voiture et 2 vĂ©los sans soucis! L'appartement est neuf et sans ĂŞtre en première ligne possède une vue sur le lac Bien Ă©quipĂ© et prĂ©sence de grands placards, cependant, il manque quelques meubles bas pour y dĂ©poser des affaires ( comme une trousse de toilette, produit de soin etc... dans la salle de bain ou sac Ă  main etc.... dans le salon.)
