Situated on 2.5 acres of open space, offering the luxury of enjoying privacy and ample outdoors. It is next to Potters Marsh, a popular spot for bird watchers, and the regular sightings of moose, eagles, and occasional bears make this home a haven for nature enthusiasts. Despite the seclusion, it is within a 1-2 min drive from the New Seward Highway. This is especially convenient as it's the only road connecting Anchorage to the Kenai Peninsula. It location is unbeatable. This remodeled living space is updated with 2 bedrooms and a loft. Each room has a queen bed with new memory foam mattresses. One room has the option for a private bathroom. There is a loft where children or teenagers can sleep, making this a unique option for larger families. There is a washer and a dryer.
