"Loved this hotel - soon to become a favourite in London. It’s close to Paddington so easy to get the Heathrow express. Lovely spacious room with a kitchen. Lots of activities (like movie nights and yoga) if you feel like meeting up with people and being social. Friendly backpacker type vibe but more luxury and elegance. There’s even a laundry with free washing machines and dryers - even the detergent was free. Only downside was that the pool and spa were closed for maintenance and that was something I really wanted to use after long haul flights."

"I had an overnight stop over in London and decided to book this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. I must say it exceeded my expectations. It was literally a 2 minute walk from terminal 2 just across the valet parking lot. The room was extremely nice, clean and cozy. Check in and check out was a breeze. There was a restaurant on property with very nice food. I didn’t have a need to leave the premises at all. I will be booking again. "

"The staff provided excellent assistance throughout our stay, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was of a very high standard, with an impressive selection available. The car service was equally outstanding. We regret not having been aware of Vish and his team prior to our arrival, as the transfer service proved to be highly efficient. We utilized it on several occasions during our visit and were consistently impressed with the immaculate vehicles and the professionalism of the experienced drivers. Peter and Aileen"

I don't usually stay at the Hyatt brand but the energy from the staff and he answering of questions was phenomenal. I highly recommend Hyatt to anyone connecting via London."
