Alton Vacation Packages

I love that it was pet friendly and the rooms were clean. The WiFi worked well and the TV had a lot of movie and channel options. The breakfast was also a nice touch. The only thing was the water damage on the ceilings in my room. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and the sheets were very thin. That said, the cost was very reasonable and it was in central, convenient location. I’d stay again if ever in the area.

The rooms were so clean, and smelled so good and the staff was beyond accommodating

Friendly. Great staff. No luggage carts could be found. It seems other patrons leave them in their rooms so we had to carry all of our luggage out. Great hotel but a lot of homeless people in the surrounding parking lot. Be sure and take all of your belongings from your car.

Staff was very nice when I had to cut my stay short due to illness.

Stayed here as it was close to Wonders of Wildlife. Rate was good. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff friendly and helpful.
