Amazing stay overall. Staff was super helpful and definitely met the 5 stars standard. I had to pre arrange for a celebration, the staff was super helpful in planning and even offered complimentary treats for us. The room (Executive) was very spacious and the hotel was able to offer the room with a bath tub which I requested in advance. The room was beautiful, and with high tech (you could control all lights, blinds, curtains via a tablet). Each room has its own unique fragrance and they offer lots of other fragrances. Very unique which other hotels couldn’t offer. Location was good as well. It takes only 20mins to city centre. Only downside is that the nearer bridge is closed so it takes 8-10mins every time on foot to the nearest metro station.

A Very Pleasant Stay in Milan I really enjoyed my stay at Uptown Palace. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay, and the location is very convenient, with the underground just a few minutes’ walk away. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The restaurant is on the 13th floor and has glass windows all around, so you get beautiful views across Milan while having breakfast. It was a lovely way to start the day and definitely one of the things I enjoyed most about the hotel. Overall, I had a very nice stay and would definitely choose Uptown Palace again the next time I’m in Milan. A good hotel, convenient location and a really enjoyable breakfast experience.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and had a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Especially appreciated the automatic shutters

Was very conveniently located for us as first time visitors to Milan. We were close to shops, tourist spots ( The Duomo), etc. The meals we had were very good ( breakfast and dinner), The hotel lay out is a bit strange, but it is because it is a transformed building ( not originally built to be a hotel), But it sits on a Plaza and the view from our window was marvelous for people watching! We had no noise from below, so that was great! It has a nice gym, and pool. We used the gym but not the pool
