The hotel is a must for Madrid, excellent location, rooms are good size considering location. Staff are fantastic, friendly and very welcoming. The hotel is so central to all as well. Great stay

I booked this hotel after our arrival to Madrid and the main reason was the review I read here. I noticed a consensus with how great services is at this hotel. Those reviews were right. The service staff at this hotel is spectacular. The security folks, receptionists, pool lifeguard, rooftop bartenders. Awesome! I also read that reviews stating that they should play music at the rooftop and I agree with that as well. I will return to this hotel.

Excellente and spacious rooms / apartment. Beautiful and classic finishing. I wish we could have stayed longer to make the most of it.
